If your insurance provider require a referral, you can get one from your primary healthcare provider.

There is a small fee ($25-40) for an initial consultation. This is a one-time fee and includes a comprehensive assessment of your needs, measuring, and trial of products in our clinic. If multiple appointments are needed to complete your fitting, this fee applies to your first session only. Since our fitters are Regulated Health Professionals in Ontario, this fee may be covered by your Extended Health Insurance.

At your appointment, our team will assess your movement, comfort, and needs. We help you choose the right brace for your lifestyle and budget,and make sure it fits well and feels comfortable. You will also receive clear instructions on how to use and care for your brace at home.

Yes, we provide both custom and off-the-shelf bracing solutions. Custom bracing may be recommended for specific injuries, long-term conditions, or when you need a more tailored fit. Custom bracing products will be ordered based on your measurements and you will be contacted when the brace is ready for pick-up.
